Submit your wedding for publication!

Your wedding day wasn't just an event; it was a canvas where love, laughter, and unforgettable moments collided. Let’s share those moments with the world!

This blog will help guide you through the submission process and help create an opportunity to immortalize your wedding moments in the pages of prestigious publications of Montana Bride and Rocky Mountain Bride.

Because it is so much less involved, I recommend submitting to Montana Bride (MTB) first and then gathering the rest of the information for Rocky Mountain Bride (RMB) while you are waiting to hear back from MTB.

Submit to Montana Bride

MTB was founded in Bozeman and includes weddings from all over the state. They want images that "show personality, unique details, outstanding vendor work, beautiful Montana scenery, and great love stories".

Submission Process:

  • Head to: montanabride.com/submissions or email hello@montanabride.com with the following information:

    • A gallery of 50~60 favorite images that tell the story of your day. (I can help you pick out and host images if you like, just let me know!)

    • Be sure to inform them that you have my permission to submit and that we have been working together on this process.

    • This is an exclusive publication, so do not submit anywhere else until you hear back from them. You can expect a reply within two weeks.

    • This process is so simple that I strongly encourage you to submit.

Submit to Rocky Mountain Bride

RMB is an international publication spotlighting incredible love stories. They are on the hunt for genuine, authentic, and comprehensive wedding stories.

Submission Process:

  • Head to rockymountainbride.com/submissions

  • For weddings, select 150–300 images, painting a picture of your wedding day. They want the full stories, and they love details. (Let me know if I can host a gallery or help you pick images.)

  • For other sessions, provide the full gallery link.

  • They also require some written content: a couple of snippets of at least 150 words or 450 characters. Along with additional tidbits from you, or other vendors. If you run into any writer’s block, consider using the chatbots to help craft the story.

    • Some ideas are:

      • Your proposal story.

      • Any details that made your wedding unique and special.

      • A snippet about your day.

      • How you met and fell in love.

      • What planning the wedding was like.

      • A piece of advice for other couples planning a wedding.

      • A favorite memory, or funny story.

  • Inform them that we are working together on submitting and that I have encouraged you to do so.

  • They will also need a list of all vendors, and it must include: name, email, website, and social media handles.

  • Just like before, this is an exclusive publication, and you can expect to hear back from them within two weeks.

Your wedding story is more than just photographs; it's a testament to love, artistry, and the human experience. Let's ensure it's showcased in the most remarkable way possible.
