A NOTABLE SHIFT IN THE WEDDING INDUSTRY

A NOTABLE SHIFT IN THE WEDDING INDUSTRY

A few months back at a bridal show in Wyoming, I inquired of one of the florists about what new trends we would be seeing in the industry this year regarding floral. I was surprised to hear that when it came to decorating for ceremonies and reception spaces we would be seeing a lot more dried and silk flowers. It makes sense with the supply chain how it is, and it’s more environmentally friendly if the same flowers can decorate many weddings. However, I couldn’t “see it” in my mind and didn’t know what it could look like.

Winter wedding at Copper Rose Ranch, Table décor

When I walked into the dining space at Copper Rose Ranch that morning my jaw dropped!

I’ve always believed in trusting professionals to do what they do and this is another prime example. When I saw that Tonya had Something Borrowed Blooms on her list I was excited for the chance to experience this new trend for the first time at a wedding. Now that I have, I can definitely recommend it!

Take a look and let me know what you think of this upcoming change. Would you consider renting flowers at your wedding or do they have to be real??
